Here at The Bakers Table by Erin K., every product is held to the highest standard. Whether it is a batch of chocolate chip cookies, or a 5-tier wedding cake, every order is given complete individual attention.

 

First, and foremost, only ingredients of the highest quality are chosen. Each item on the menu is produced from scratch in small batches to ensure it meets all expectations.

 

Owner and pastry chef, Erin K. O'Brien was classically trained at Johnson and Wales Culinary University in Providence, RI., and spent time in Florence, Italy, training under the best pastry chefs in the world.  She has returned to Hagerstown to put all that she has learned into practice and share it with those around her.
