Mocha- Chocolate shell filled with espresso pastry cream

Each of our tarts come in the following three sizes:
Bite size: Minimum order 1 dozen $10.00
Individual (4 in. diameter) min order 4 $12.00
Full size (8-10 slices) $20.00
Fruit Tart- Sweet pastry crust, with vanilla bean pastry cream, and topped with fresh fruit
Lemon Tart- Sweet pastry crust, filled with a tart lemon curd and finished with freshly whipped cream
Raspberry Almondine Tart- Sweet pastry crust, filled with raspberry jam and almond cream, and baked with sliced almonds
